GREEN PAWPAW SALAD

Ingredients:

●  420g Green Pawpaw
●  2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
●  ¼ cup orange juice
●  3 tsp sweet chilli sauce
●  1 tsp sesame oil
●  1 tbsp chopped basil
●  1 tbsp toasted almond flakes
●  2 tbsp fish sauce
●  1 tsp soy sauce
●  2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method:

Peel the green skin from the pawpaw and remove the seeds. Julienne the pawpaw flesh to matchstick thickness and place in a bowl and add all liquid ingredients to pawpaw and let marinate for at least ½ an hour. Add nuts and herbs just before serving. If nuts and herbs are added during making of salad they will not retain crispness, but a greater range of flavours will exist. The longer the salad stands the softer it will become.
