●  420g Green Pawpaw
●  2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
●  cup orange juice
●  3 tsp sweet chilli sauce
●  1 tsp sesame oil
●  1 tbsp chopped basil
●  1 tbsp toasted almond flakes
●  2 tbsp fish sauce
●  1 tsp soy sauce
●  2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Peel the green skin from the pawpaw and remove the seeds. Julienne the pawpaw flesh to matchstick thickness and place in a bowl and add all liquid ingredients to pawpaw and let marinate for at least an hour. Add nuts and herbs just before serving. If nuts and herbs are added during making of salad they will not retain crispness, but a greater range of flavours will exist. The longer the salad stands the softer it will become.
